Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to design and deliver your board: shop name, area and delivery address, a contact number, the photo you send, and your design notes. Payment details are handled by Razorpay, not us.

We use this information only to make your mockup, process your order, deliver it and reply to you, including on WhatsApp at the number you give. We do not sell or share it, except with the print partner and courier needed to fulfil your order.

Mockup requests and photos are deleted automatically after 90 days unless you place an order. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.
