Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Nammaboard, a design and print service operated by Upsurge Labs LLP, Bengaluru.

What you get. Each price includes a Kannada + English design, print-ready edits until you approve, printing, and delivery within Bengaluru city limits. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.

Your approval. We print only after you approve the final mockup in writing (WhatsApp or email). You are responsible for checking the spelling of your business name, phone numbers and any text you supply. Every Kannada text is also checked by a native speaker before printing.

Your content. You confirm you have the right to use the name, logo and images you send us. We may refuse designs that are unlawful or infringe others' rights.

Not legal advice. We design boards to the 60% Kannada guideline in Section 17(6) of the Kannada Language Comprehensive Development Act, 2022 (as amended in 2024). We are not lawyers and do not guarantee any outcome with any authority, inspection or licence.

Colour and materials. Printed colours can differ slightly from screens. Sizes are within ±5 mm. We do not install at heights or do electrical work.

Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

Liability. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, courts at Bengaluru.
